Deposits will be forfeit under the following circumstances:

1. You choose not to complete the contracted sale after asking me to hold said puppy for you.

1. Failure to pay the balance in full on your contracted pup by its scheduled pickup date. Local checks (drawn on local in town bank that I can drive to (to cash your check) is acceptable for those making payments.) Western Union, US Postal Money Orders also accepted, as long as all payments have been received and cleared before pup pickup date! NO CHECKS ACCEPTED ON DAY OF PICKUP!

On Day of Pickup, CASH will be the only method of Payment Accepted.

No puppy will be released without payment in full.

All Puppies are sold on a limited Registration unless agreed upon by both parties and puppy must be spayed/neutered by 6mo's of age.

 All Puppies will be registered to Daughtry Boxers and then be transferred to the new owners.

All Puppies considered for breeding or show prospects Must not be bred until 2yrs old or older and all recommended testing must be completed.

Recommended tests: Thyroid Panel, Cardiac test for Cardiomyopathy, Hip and Elbow for dysplasia.

There is no guarantee that this puppy/dog will be able to breed or show regardless of potential.

All white puppies must be spayed/neutered by 6mo’s old.

*DaughtryBoxers requests that those who choose not to neuter/spay, inform them of the health testing results done at 2yrs of age, on their dog so that breeder may assess the quality   of breeders breeding program.

You must have your puppy checked by a license vet within 72hrs of receiving the puppy. You must also have your vet fill out the vet exam report and fax it back to us within the 72hr time frame. If you do not do this, the contract is null and void. We must also receive reports from your vet each time your puppy receives scheduled vaccines up till a year old. Please remember we do this because we have our puppies best interest at heart.

During the 1st initial exam by your veterinarian, should he find the puppy to be in poor health that would require further vet care, other than vaccinations, de-worming, or treatment for any intestinal or external parasites or bacteria. You MUST contact us within 24hrs of the exam. The vet exam report must support the diagnosis, health test performed and reason. The buyer then has the 48hr time frame to decide whether he/she wants to keep the puppy or return it to daughtryboxers. Diagnosis also must be confirmed by our vet. If the buyer decides he doesn’t want to keep the puppy. He/she has 48hrs to return the puppy at the buyer’s expense for a replacement puppy. If no puppies from the litter are available, then puppy will either be replaced by another puppy within a 12month time frame. Provided the puppy has not been neglected or injured. Or IF agreed upon by both parties money will be refunded, only if DaughtryBoxers has been notified within 72hrs of purchase date. All vet bills acquired will be at buyer’s expense. No money will be refunded unless agreed upon by both parties.

 A diagnosis of Giarrdia, Coccidiosis, parasites, kennel cough, or any other types of bacterial infections does not make your puppy unhealthy.

*Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after the pickup of the puppy. These are very contagious and can be contracted immediately after leaving the breeder

*Purchaser will keep puppy/dog current on all vaccinations, de-worming and heartworm preventative. .

We at DaughtryBoxers Guarantee’s this puppy to be a purebred AKC Registered Boxer puppy that is in good health at time of Transfer.

We Guarantee that this puppy is free of Distemper, Parainfluenza, Coronavirus, and Parvo for a period of 48hrs after receipt of the puppy by the buyer.

Copies of all health exams and vaccination records will be provided upon pickup of your puppy.

If your puppy is due for vaccines and buyer fails to provide vaccines on due date, this contract with health guarantee is null and void. Especially if puppy contracts a disease that would have been prevented by vaccines.

We also guarantee our puppy to be free of any genetic defects that would be life threatening or not medically manageable until the puppy reaches 1yr of age.

If before one year of age a life threatening congenital defect does occur and is agreed upon by two vets not know to each other and agree upon by my vet at Midtown Animal Hospital. If the diagnosis is considered Congenital, we must be notified within 24hrs after the exam. Daughtryboxers will replace the puppy. The original puppy must be returned to Daughtryboxers within 72hrs. If buyer declines the replacement puppy, then Daughtryboxers shall be under no further obligations and it will be considered that the buyer has released Daughtryboxers from any and all further claims. No replacement will be given if a female puppy has been bred. No replacement will be given if there is a diagnosis of hip dysplasia and the puppy is overweight or over exercised.  Daughtryboxers agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same type and sex and of equal sale value. Replacement will be a puppy/dog of the breeder’s choice of stock on hand, or expected litters within one year. WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY. All Vet expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Certain Disorders can be caused by stress, environment and neglect and are not covered by our health guarantee: Immunity level, ear or skin mites, pneumonia, mange(sarcoptic,demodex, or cheyletiella), heatstroke, Parasites ( coccidiosis, giardia, tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms, or ringworms), conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, ear infections, kennel cough, cancer, scabies, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, hernia’s (inguinal, perineal, or diaphragmatic), heart murmurs grades I, II, or III, Patella Luxation grades I, II, or III. Undescended testicles, cherry eye, entropion “loose hips”, skin allergies, elongated soft palates, small trachea, any hip dysplasia associated with over exercise or overfeeding  that cause the dog to be overweight. This list does not cover everything.

Temperament issues are not covered by this guarantee as they can be caused by a lack of training, discipline, or proper dog socialization. We do not guarantee against low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) or any other non-life threatening illness common to puppies.

Boxers should not be over exercised  or made to do strenuous exercises until their bones are fully grown at 18mo’s or older. Over exercising your dog during its growth period can cause, serious health problems like to much muscle growth around joints, causing damage to ligaments, hips and joints.

It is very important to feed your puppy a good dog food, but not something with too much protein as to cause excessive bone growth causing your bones to outgrow ligaments, feed your puppy a good food without corn as the first two ingredients. Please feed your puppy correctly don’t over feed your puppy causing it to become overweight. But don’t let it become underweight either.

We have planned, loved and cared for these little puppies to come into this world, hoping to bring other families as much happiness as they have brought us.

So please love your puppy as one of your family members don’t lock them outside in a kennel or dog house. Don’t crate them all hours of the day. We do believe in crate training when you’re not home and for nights until they are potty trained. But do not excessively lock your puppy away from you.

Please keep your puppy updated on vaccines and health exams and heartworm and flea preventatives.

Please make sure your puppy gets the whole series of puppy vaccines and their yearly vaccines,  your puppy is still able to get parvo and until the whole series of 3 shots is given 3wks apart.

Please take extreme precautions until your puppy is completely vaccinated, around your neighborhood, other unvaccinated animals, the vets office until at least a year old.

Toys are okay for your puppy but be careful that they can’t be swallowed causing intestinal damage and please do not feed your puppy no kind of rawhide toys or chews.

Daughtry Boxers (Requests) that you share with her the growth/health progress of your new puppy at intervals of approximately  6 months.  This helps me assess my breeding program and gives me a chance to see how my babies are doing. We also request photos – let me know if you object to me sharing/posting them on my website! (Failure to do so will make me very sad not to know how they are doing and how handsome/beautiful they turned out!

Purchaser agrees to keep breeder informed of any address, phone number changes or other contract changes.

This puppy/dog is not to be sold or given to anyone without first notifying  Daughtryboxers. If buyer should pass away or cannot properly care for  puppy/dog no matter what the circumstances may be the buyer is to return the dog to daughtryboxers at buyer’s expense.

In the interest of our boxer’s welfare, we reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy at any time for any reason before puppy pick up. In this case full refund of deposit will be given. If puppy has been paid in Full then full purchase price will be returned. This refund is only applicable if Daughtry Boxers cancels this contract.  If you the buyer cancel the contract then NO Deposit will be returned and it will be forfeited. We will not under any circumstances reimburse you for any other expenses what so ever.

This contract cannot be transferred it is between the purchaser that signed below and DaughtryBoxers.

I the purchaser of a boxer from Daughtry Boxers, by signing this document, am affirming that I have read and agree with the contents of this contract and that I am of legal age to enter into a contract.
